How do I reset my password?

To reset your password, navigate to the login page and click on the “Forgot your password?” link. You’ll need the email address for your account to reset your password.

I didn't receive a confirmation email to create my account?

To resend your confirmation email, navigate to the login page and click on the “Didn’t receive your confirmation instructions?” link. You’ll need the email address you used for your account to resend the confirmation instructions.

I have Character Tops that are not on the site, how do I add them?

The site currently includes our latest and greatest tops so that they could be collected. We are looking to address that in the future.

What do I do if I lost my user name?

If you lose your user name, click on “Contact Us” and we will email you your username.”

What do I do if I lost my password?

How do I set up more than one collection (for more than one user)?

You can only set up one collection per email address. If you want to create an additional account, we recommend signing up with a different email address to create a new account and collection.

How do I cancel my account?

To cancel your account, click on the “Contact Us” link to navigate to the https://www.good2collect.com/contact-us link and send us a message requesting the cancellation of your account.

What are codes?

Codes are special numbers found on good2grow products that allow you to unlock game levels and enter the sweepstakes.

Where do I add my codes?

After logging in, navigate to the game page at https://www.good2collect.com/game and add codes for your Character Tops at the top of the page.

Where do I get codes?

You can get codes from specially marked single serve bottles that have a special promotional tag around the neck of the bottle.

Where can I purchase good2grow?

How do I get a free starter kit?

Thank you for your interest. Due to popular demand, starter kits are no longer available at this time. Join the good2grow Collectors Club to receive updates and info on future promotions.

How do I enter the contest?

First you will need a code (found on specially marked single serve bottles featuring a promotional tag around the neck of the bottle). Then enter the code on the game page at https://www.good2collect.com/game.

Where can I find a specific Character Top?

The Character Tops are distributed randomly making the search half the fun! Some Tops are only available in certain packs (single serve, 3 pack or 5 Pack). To find out which pack your specific Top is available in, visit the Collection Page (https://www.good2collect.com/top-collection. Find the Top and click on it, a pop-up window will provide you with more information, including the pack variety its available in.
